Ensuring greater flexibility in the organisation of working time and contributing to a better quality of work life.

Health and safety, the improvement of working conditions and the quality of working life are all issues where employees' expectations, the demands of employee representatives and strong incentives from public authorities are together pushing companies to pursue an increasingly active policy in the prevention of occupational risks (including psycho-social risks).

Our approach consists in advising and assisting companies in their anticipation and management of occupational health risks on four complementary lines:

  • The prevention of occupational risks based on the drawing up of both a cartography and a diagnosis with a view to implementing an action plan,
  • The provision of assistance and management of health risks in the context of a company transformation project (reorganisation, transfers, restructuring),
  • Support in the establishment or adaptation of a tailor-made plan for working conditions, the right to disconnect and quality of life at work,
  • Management of work stoppages and occupational illnesses: optimisation of rates of occupational injury and illness, administrative and legal management of the declaration of employee fault and misconduct together with the litigation defence in such an event.
