Jean-François Blaret

Jean-François Blaret is a director specialising in Business Law. He has developed an expertise in Corporate law and especially in the law of non-profit organisations and in social entrepreneurship.

He joined Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2022 as part of our Lille office.

For more than 15 years, he has been advising SME-ETI and start-up executives in various sectors on their corporate strategy. He has developed a particular expertise in sale/acquisition operations, development operations and overall support.

Jean-François acts as an expert in non-profit organisations in various sectors, including medical-social, health, education, social integration, environment, sports, etc.
